CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE
I am sharing a fabulous Chocolate bundt cake recipe with you all today!
Happy Monday Everyone! I made this chocolate bundt cake for our Christmas dinner, and I’ve been making this awesomeness many times ever since. I (we) love ANYTHING chocolate. And I am not going to lie, this cake never makes it through the day;-) It’s not too sweet, it’s very chocolatey, it’s super soft and fluffy. I realized that I never shared this great recipe so there you have it today! This past weekend my fam was out of town, Dad took the boys to a little “boys weekend out” so mommy can finish her eBook, but I have to admit being home alone is not fun, so I made this cake again…for me! Oh my goodness.

You can put the ingredients together in less than 10 minutes, and that’s what I love about it! No joke! Bake it for 45 minutes, and this incredible goodness is ready to be eaten.
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 tbs cocoa
- (1/2 cup coffee-optional)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup organic flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- a hint of salt
- Chocolate sauce:
- 1 box Baking chocolate or some good quality chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- a hint of cinnamon
- Heat the margarine in a pan and add the cocoa.
- Add sugar, vanilla extract and stir together. ( if you use coffee add that, too)
- Remove from the heat and add yogurt.
- Beat in 2 eggs.
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients; flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients and the cocoa mix.
- Pour into a prepared bundt pan and bake it for 45 minutes.
- For Chocolate Sauce:
- Heat the baking chocolate
- Stir in butter and cinnamon.
- When the bundt cake is ready, put aside until it cools off.
- Pour chocolate sauce over the top and serve it immediately.
I like to serve it with a hint of powdered sugar to make it look even more festive:-) I bet that no one will resist this dessert! But sure is this dessert not only perfect for holiday parties but it’s a great little sweet bite for any day of the week. It is perfect with a glass of milk.
I hope you enjoy this lovely cake!
