I'd choose the mixer and keep it all to myself, only sharing the finished baked goods I would produce with it :+)
I would love to win the Kindle Fire HD. I would give it to my mother who loved her original Kindle and pretty much used it to death. Would love to get her not only a replacement but also an upgrade!
