DIY LEAF STAMPED KITCHEN TOWELS
I am back today with an easy fall craft or DIY if you wish:-) I am still full of that delicious apple pie from yesterday that I made. If you tried the recipe, leave me a comment how you liked it:-)
So back to today’s post. In the summer one of my bloggy friend, Chelsea from Making Home Base created some fun, citrus stamped tea towels. Oh, how awesome those tea towels looked. Her project totally inspired me to stamp my kitchen towels for this fall. Sometimes all you need is just a little bit of inspiration to get your creative juices flowing. I love fall, and I am crazy about pretty leaves, especially when they start changing colors.
Ready to create something fabulous today?
MATERIALS TO CREATE THIS PROJECT:
– paint brushes
– fabric paint
– leaves from your backyard
I had some fabric paint from the previous projects at home, and I used that for this quick craft.
TUTORIAL:
Paint the leaf with your fabric paint and push the leaf against your white towels, and then press it down slightly with your palm.
Tip: Pick fresh leaves as dry leaves would break easily, and your leaves will loose their lovely shape.
Will you believe that that is it? You are all set!
Okay! That was super easy, right? And look how pretty they are!!
Sometimes we don’t have to buy expensive things to decorate. Creating beautiful on the budget is what I love and this time it happened literally in minutes.
I will frame the painted leaves for cute home decor pieces -they will be perfect fall decorations.
Do you love hosting for Thanksgiving?
These kitchen towels can even be fantastic addition to a lovely fall table as a decoration(  HERE you find more Tablescape ideas)
PIN this image for later:
My kitchen is pretty annoying, and there is not much of fall decoration to add, but now these towels screaming FALL to me every time I enter my kitchen.
Happy Fall!

Thank you for the suggestion I will give a try. Waiting for a Friday to have my son RDO (Regular Day Off) to try this out.
I want to do a Tshirt with my son. IT was his suggestion and I had seen this and I showed him and he liked it. So with that said if one placed the leaf and then put waxed paper over to push down would that help to not cause errors? What do you think?
That’s a grat idea. I hope you guys have done the project already:-)
