EASY CHICKEN PASTA SKILLET

Ingredients
  • 2 halves chicken breast
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup sundried tomato
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 box Barilla Pronto Penne
  • parsley
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tsp olive oil. Add diced onion and garlic and cook it for 3 minutes.
  2. Add sliced chicken then cook it for 5 min.
  3. Add sundried tomato and spinach, pour in 2 cups chicken broth.
  4. Add a whole box of Barilla Pronto Pasta and add 2 cups water.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  7. Add half and a half then add cheese on top and cover for a few minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
