THE BEST CREPES RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 24 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 0,5 tsp. salt
  • ΒΌ cup club soda{ optional}
Instructions
  1. Combine flour, eggs, salt and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add 1 cup milk and stir until the batter is smooth.
  3. Add the remaining milk, club soda and olive oil to batter.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and brush with oil. Pour ¼ cup of crepe batter into pan, try to coat the surface completely of the pan. Cook 2 - 4 minutes, turning once, until nice golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
