Preheat oven to 370F. Grease bundt pan with butter and dust with flour. Set aside.
Whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat some more with an electric mixer.
Stir in bananas then add half of the dry ingredients and add the sour cream. Add the remaining dry ingredients and stir together.
Bake it for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Icing:
Whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar,cinnamon and milk and drizzle it over your cake.
Flaming bananas:
Heat butter in a pan, add brown sugar ( you can add alcohol, rum as well, I didn't). Once the brown sugar is melted add sliced bananas and cook it for a minute or two. Don't overcook it!
