This amazingly delicious Mixed Berry Chia Pudding is prepared with protein-packed chia seeds and delish Oikos Greek yogurt. It will keep you feeling full for a long time without eating a full meal.
  • ¾ cup almond coconut milk
  • ¾ cup nonfat Okios Greek yogurt (any flavor)
  • 3.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey * optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries divided use
  • Optional toppings: granola
  1. Place the almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until combined. Take ½ cup of berries and stir the berries into the mixture.
  2. Place into refrigerator for overnight. When ready to serve, divide the pudding into two bowls and garnish with remaining berries and other desired toppings.
