  • 20 medium sized washed strawberries
  • 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate
  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Microwave the chocolate In a microwave-safe glass bowl, stopping and stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
  3. Holding a strawberry by the stem end, dip it in the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off, then place them to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the strawberries on the baking sheet until the chocolate is firm , 20- 30 minutes.
