Raspberry and Peach White Balsamic Crisp

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Fresh Peach Slices
  • 2 cups Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup (1 stick) Butter (melted)
  • Dash of Salt
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Summer Peach White Balsamic (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Directions:
  2. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  3. Add raspberries and peaches to a 2 qt baking dish.
  4. Mix eggs, sugars, flour, oats and salt in a medium bowl until it becomes a crumble.
  5. Evenly spread crumble over the fruit and pour butter over the top of it.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving topped with ice cream and vinegar.
