BAKED PEARS WITH RAISINS

Ingredients
  • 6 medium sized pears/washed
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Cut out the center of the pears with knife.
  2. Mix together raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Fill up the whole with the mixture and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until pear is softened.
  4. Serve immediately with meats or as a simply dessert.
