HOT SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients
  • 1 { 8 oz.} cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 { 14 oz } can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven for 350 F. Grease small baking dish.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise,Parmesan cheese, basil,garlic, salt and pepper and stir in fresh spinach and artichoke hearts.
  3. Transfer the mixture over to the greased baking pan, top with mozzarella cheese and bake it for 25 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese turns golden brown on the top.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite pita chips.
  5. Enjoy!
