If you have some extra zucchinis,
you can use them to make this easy crispy
It was a perfect appetizer before our soup at Saturday’s lunch.
 You can serve it with your favorite dipping sauce.
My boys love sour cream, so I mixed up sour cream with little bit of Mayo, salt and pepper to dip these zucchinis in.
My kiddos don’t eat much veggies , so I try so hard to make them eat vegetables every time.
I served these zucchini strips in a colorful scrapbook paper for more fun.
You can also put this easy appetizer on the table at your next family gatherings or party.
 I bet it will please your guests and it will be gone before you know it!
2 medium zucchini {cut into ½ wide strips}
Olive oil, for frying
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs 
½ cup Parmesan cheese

1.       Heat olive oil in a frying pan.{ about the depth of 2 inches }
2.    Pour flour in a medium bowl and coat zucchini strips.
3.    Beat eggs in another bowl and dip the coated zucchini strips.
4.    Stir breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt to another bowl and coat the zucchinis.
5.    When the oil is hot enough, drop zucchinis and fry for 3 minutes, until golden brown.
6.    Transfer zucchinis to paper towel and drain.
7.    Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
