Terms and Conditions

BOOKING: Aniko Levai Photography will reserve CLIENT a FALL MINI session 2019 once contract signed and $75 ( SEVENTY FIVE dollars) nonrefundable retainer have been received. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. If you are unable to make your scheduled session, a credit will be given for a future experience with Aniko Levai Photography.

RAIN DATE: Aniko Levai Photography reserves the exclusive right to reschedule her photography sessions due to weather conditions. Aniko Levai photography will notify the client via email 24-48 hours in advance of the mini sessions if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, snow, etc.

LATE ARRIVAL: CLIENT acknowledges that he/she must arrive 10 minutes before his/her scheduled photography session time slot so that we will be ready to start shooting at CLIENT'S designated time slot. If CLIENT is late to her session scheduled time slot, time will not be extended or rescheduled.
Refunds are not available for sessions cut short or entirely missed due to CLIENT'S late arrival.

COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE BY STUDIO: The photographs produced by Aniko Levai Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Aniko Levai Photography written consent. Aniko Levai Photography owns all copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this Agreement, including the right to reproduce or publicly display such images, for any personal or commercial purpose, without compensation to CLIENT or notification to CLIENT before use. Aniko Levai Photography also reserves the right to publicly display the names of CLIENT.
CLIENT will receive a password protected gallery for viewing. From the gallery, ALL images are downloadable in original sizes.

LIMITATIONS ON LIGHT: Aniko Levai Photography is primarily a natural light photographer. CLIENT acknowledges that in the
event that any part of the photography session occurs at a time or in a location where there is an absence of natural light,
Aniko Levai Photography will have to use artificial light sources, and the images will look different than the natural
light images CLIENT have seen in Aniko Levai Photography portfolio. Accordingly, CLIENT acknowledges that the
images shall not be subject to rejection by taste, aesthetic criteria, or personal appearance.

CULLING EDITING: After the photography session, each image is put through a careful selection process, where Aniko
Levai Photography selects images that meet her high standards of quality. Images with eyes closed, unflattering
poses, and duplicate images are removed permanently immediately after Aniko Levai Photography completes this
culling process. CLIENT acknowledges that Aniko Levai Photography retains complete control over the culling and
editing process. The Studio color corrects and does minimal editing on all delivered images in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

ADDITIONAL IMAGES/RAW IMAGES: Aniko Levai Photography does guarantee 15 edit images in CLIENT'S final
portfolio. Under no circumstance will Aniko Levai Photography release RAW images to CLIENT. Aniko Levai Photography selects
the best representation of the images taken at the event/associated sessions for the CLIENT portfolio, and all other images are deleted during the culling process; therefore, no additional images can or will be released to CLIENT

ARCHIVAL OF IMAGES: Aniko Levai Photography deletes all RAW images upon delivery of the final JPEG files to CLIENT. Once Aniko Levai Photography delivers the final JPEGs to CLIENTS, CLIENT accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting their images. Aniko Levai Photography does not permanently archive image files.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through the camera or computer malfunction, the photographer liability will be limited to a retake of the session as soon as possible or a full refund if a retake cannot be scheduled. If the session fee is refunded, the photographer will have no further obligation.

Client is responsible for their own safety, the safety of those who accompany them, and the safety of each minor child accompanying them. Client agrees to retain custody and control of each child at all times during the session to avoid injury. On behalf of themselves and such children, client releases Aniko Levai Photography from all claims and liabilities.

I have read and understood, and I agree to the terms and conditions listed above. I give my consent for images of myself and my minor children to be used for promotional purposes for Aniko Levai Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog, printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, and print competitions.
