Raspberry-Banana Smoothie

What would be more healthier to your little one or yourself than a wonderful fresh fruit smoothie on a busy afternoon.
This easy smoothie could be done in 5 minutes with ingredients that you probably have at home most of the time.
It doesn’t have any sugar or sweetener in it.It tastes great and make your belly full for the rest of the day.
If you don’t have raspberries handy, substitute it with any fresh fruit. On a hot summer day add ice cubes to you blender to make it more enjoyable.

Raspberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup all natural plain yogurt
½ cup milk
½ cup raspberries-(or any other fresh fruit)
Directions:
Put all ingredients to a blender and mix it for about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh fruit.
