WATERMELON SLUSHIE
Today’s recipe calls for a yummy and refreshing Watermelon Slushie.
A refreshing and summery drink can be a lifesaver beverage on a hot summer day. What would be more delightful on a warm summer afternoon than a chilled watermelon slushie? It’s easy to ship together and only needs just a few ingredients. And, of course, a blender.
Watermelons are in peak season during the summer, so summer makes the perfect time to create this delicious drink. Ready?
- 2 cups watermelon cubes
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Sugar to taste( optional)
- 1 cup ice
- Put al ingredients in blender. Blend up and Enjoy!
- Garnish with watermelon slice.
My family and especially my kids are fruit lovers ( not so much vegetable lovers!), so I am always happy to create healthy and easy-to-make drinks for them that can look quite fancy too. They love treats from Starbucks from time to time, but I think they love those treats because they look fancy. So here I am trying to create “fancy” looking drinks for them on the budget at home.:-) Not only does this drink look tasty but this watermelon slushie also healthy for you.
Try some of these NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS too.
I love a great adult drink, like these Alcoholic drinks sometimes, but we love to enjoy a great slushie as a family while having great conversations or friends over in the backyard.

Let me know if you try this easy and refreshing recipe or any other ingredients that you love to add to the mix.
Thanks for visiting today!
So yummy… Pinning!
