APPLE TURNOVERS
Where did this summer go?
Fall is right around the corner and I am so ready for one of my favorite season.
I Love FALL!
I LOVE the weather, I LOVE to wear boots, I LOVE the smell of cinnamon…I LOVE the color orange, I LOVE the beautiful, colorful leaves …
…and WE love APPLES so much!
These apple turnovers would make a tummy filling breakfast or perfect afternoon sweets.
When the chilly, cold mornings will arrive, what could be better than than a big hot cup of coffee with these apple turnovers.
Now you are probably thinking that you are not a morning person and you won’t wake up 1/2 an hour earlier to make this yummy breakfast..?
You are not alone..I am not a morning person either!

Make these pastries in the afternoon and warm them up in your oven or microwave for breakfast.
It wont take more than 10 minutes to prepare the filling and another 15-20 minutes to bake the pastry.
I used frozen Pillsbury puff pastry, but If you are really want to get into making your own pastry, I am sure you can find an easy pastry recipe on the web.
For the apple filling, use as much sugar as you like or no sugar at all.
