Easy Guacamole { Appetizer Recipe }

Sharing is caring!

Summer officially kicks in just in a few weeks. Have an easy
recipe handy is a must.
 I love having friends over and sit out on the patio with a glass of wine on a warm breeze summer night along with some guacamole and pita chips.

Each avocado has nearly 20 different vitamins. Avocado fruit is so good for your body and this tasty recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes.
Guacamole is always best when made fresh.
2 avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 ripe tomato, chopped
½ lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Peel and mash avocados in a medium bowl.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, diced  tomato, salt , pepper and lime juice..
Stir together and serve immediately.

Enjoy and share some of your favorite “summer night” appetizers!
