This is one of my favorite salad.We can eat this all year around. Simply delicious and very healthy.You can throw the ingredients together in 5 minutes. Everything that you need for this salad is availabe in every season. Spinach is best when it’s fresh, steamed or quicly boiled.It’s considered to be rich in iron, along with other green leafy vegetables.
Cranberry Spinach Salad
1 package fresh spinach
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup walnut
1/3 cup raspberry walnut vinaigrette
1/3 cup blue cheese
Combine spinach, cranberries, walnuts , vinaigrette and Blue Cheese together in a bowl. Toss until Spinach is evenly coated.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
