Garlicky green beans
After all those yammi, delicious, unhealthy Christmas foods and cookies- that actually makes you feel fat these days- its time to start on eating healthier.
One of my favorite side dish is garlicky green beans… and guess what? My youngest child loves it too.
This side dish is good with any type of meet: red, poultry, fish or simply without any meet if you are a vegetarian.
Garlic is a must have at your home. I use garlic to almost all dishes that i make.It gives a wonderful taste to your food.
Did you know that garlic is actually good for your health..? Some studies shown to lower the risk of heart disease and some studies shown to strengthen the immune system.
So what are you waiting for.?.Let’s eat lots of garlic.
Garlicky Green Beans

2 cups green beans 

5 cloves garlic(crashed) 

salt , pepper to taste 

2 tbsp butter 

1 cup water 


1.Heat up butter in a pan. 

2.Add green beans. Sauté for 5 minutes. 

3.Add crashed garlic, salt, pepper and water. Cover it for 5-8 minutes, stir frequently. 

Excellent, delicious side dish.
