CRISPY kale chips are one of the easiest snacks!CRISPY KALE CHIPS (1 of 3)

Last year we made a garden in our backyard. And we planted some seeds. Then the kale started to grow in the backyard, and we ate lots of crispy kale chips this summer:-) Today I am going to share one of my easiest snack recipes that even my kids love. Kale is a fantastic source of many vitamins. So great fo your body so be sure to eat more!!:-) Before I moved to the US I had no idea what kale was but then my neighbor brought me a plate of crispy kale chips, and I got hooked. Hooked!

Serve this healthy snack as finger food at your next party! I love to use it as an appetizer as well when we have more people coming for dinner, and this is a great recipe to serve before the entree.

If you have some leftover kale, you can also try my fabulous soup
