HOT SPINACH and ARTICHOKE DIP
I love an easy to whip together spinach and artichoke dip. Truly one of my favs.
Today I am here with an easy party appetizer that will be perfect for any party you throw at your house next time.
Or wait….
Are you going to throw a party or go to one? Either way – this wonderful, creamy spinach and artichoke dip is a perfect choice.
The Parmesan and garlic give a nice strong flavor to it but just enough that you can enjoy it with your favorite crackers or pita chips.
Fresh or canned artichoke to use for the Spinach and Artichoke dip?
I attempted to use fresh artichoke, but since I only bought one artichoke(hmmm), it was quite small, and I ended up using canned artichoke hearts. I like to have a can or two artichoke hearts in the pantry. It’s such a great addition to a lot of meal creations.
If you are going to use fresh artichoke s a great site that will show you how to prepare artichoke hearts.

I love spinach cooked in every way, but spinach with artichoke definitely a good pair together.

My husband and I became pescetarians and we love veggie dips. Especially if they are easy to make. Right?
We also love this Guacamole Dip a lot.

When we throw a get-together I love to share appetizers that everyone can enjoy around the kitchen island.
This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is one of my all-time favorites. Will you give it a try?

Made this for a family gathering yesterday and everyone loved it. I just added a tad more garlic since we are a garlic loving family.
Love this recipe and your beautiful photos, Aniko!
