PRETTY PINK SUMMER WREATH
Happy Tuesday Friends! Summer has arrived finally and I so needed to change my super colorful spring wreath on my front door. This pretty pink summer wreath came to life in about 10 minutes using things that I already had at home.
I love when I dig my craft box ( which is pretty big and unorganized…I guess you can tell what’s my next major project will be-ha ) and find little pieces that would make up something beautiful together. When I visit my local fabric store I usually buy little pieces of fabrics for really cheap, even if it is a 1/4 of a yard. This is how this pretty pink fabric got home with me.
I used:
– wreath base
– fabric
– white cloth napkin ( cut up for stripes)
– hot glue gun
– burlap
– thumbtacks
– ribbon to embellish
I covered my wreath base with the fabric first. Then I made up small ROSETTES using the white cloth napkin stripes.
I pinned pretty raspberry pink ribbon and white cloth stripes with thumbtacks to the back of the wreath.
Glued on the rosettes that I made previously, and a piece of burlap to make it PRETTY.
Isn’t it gorgeous?
I picked pretty pink flowers to my big pots that are sitting in front of my house ( coming up on the blog).
I think the pretty pastel pink and white mix makes the look.
Love it:-)
Go dig your craft box and create something pretty today.
Sometimes this is what I need at the end of my long and exhausting day, only 10 minutes of creating, to keep my sanity.
