Hello Everyone!

Valentine’s day projects

and an awesome

Here is a collage of everyone’s project that you get to visit today, if you want to get a whole lot of inspiration for Valentine’s Day. You will see many creative and unique DIY projects.

14 VALENTINE'S DAY PROJECTS

But first, let me show you how you can make this very easy stick wall art, that I put together in about 10 minutes.

Things you will need to create this project:

– wooden sticks

– drop cloth or your choice of fabric

-hot glue gun

– $1 EPS board

DIY stick heart wall art (6)

To start,I cut a piece of drop cloth to cover my simple board, that I purchased at $1 store.

I cut the fabric slightly bigger than the board to make sure I can fold the fabric to the back of my board.

I used the hot glue gun to attach the fabric onto the board.

We went out to my backyard with the kiddos and picked out some wooden sticks.

Finding the sticks itself was a great afternoon activity.

I broke the bigger sticks into small pieces and than I tried to arrange the sticks into a heart shape.

I lay the first layer  of sticks on my canvas making sure to follow a heart shape.

I glued the second layer of sticks on the top of the first layer .

The second layer was glued on to an opposite direction than the first layer.

Love this Aniko! So pretty! We collect a lot of driftwood from the beach & I’m always wondering what to do with it. Maybe I’ll start making artwork 🙂 Thanks for all you did for this hop. Such a fab group with lots of inspiration! XO

I’m a new follower of your blog and I’m already loving everything I’ve seen. This diy project is so adorable. I cannot wait to browse the blog hop!
I love target! The closest one to me is about an hour away, but it’s worth it for the bargains you can find. They have such a great selection, and compared to my closest supercenter, I love the variety. Typically, I can find great deals and awesome finds.
Thank you for this lovely post.
