Strawberry Bircher Muesli Place of My Taste

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and fabulous Mother’s Day!

Strawberry season is finally here! I can’t wait to go next week to pick some yummy fresh strawberries with the boys! It’s an every year thing that we do as a family! So much fun! Strawberries are one of my kids favorite fruits ever! Our mornings are pretty hectic but I can not leave the house without eating breakfast. And let me tell you, I  love to start my day with a healthy breakfast.

Today I am going to share my new favorite breakfast with you all. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Strawberry Bircher Muesli by Place Of My Taste

This delicious breakfast muesli can be made with blueberries, blackberries or basically with any fresh fruits. When I get enough sleep and wake up early enough I prepare the oats in the morning. If that, I usually don’t let the oats sitting in the juice for more than 30 minutes. They are perfect and moist after so little time. If you prefer, you can let the oats sit in the refrigerator for the whole night.

This looks so simple and yet delicious and healthy. I’m pinning this for later. Thank you.
If you let the oats soak for longer (per se overnight) do they get too soggy?
    Also, I love your photography.
