This is going to be your favorite healthy immune booster you all!
Oh, I love me some clementines! And some pineapples! This fantastic healthy immune booster is what you need to stay healthy in the cold winter months! I love that this funky smoothie can be done literally in minutes and not only tastes delicious, but it is a great immune booster as well! My favorite winter snacks are clementines! I can’t ever stop stuffing my face with clementines! The other day I was grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s and found these darling clementines with their stems on. They look so much fresher with their stem on!
I, sometimes, forget to eat when I get too busy! Yup! Story of my life. I even forget to drink! I had to download and set up an app that reminds me to drink water every hour. CRAZY, I know but this is the only thing that works! I think I would be dehydrated without that app -lol. ( Water Tracking ) So to stay on the top of my health, I drink ( or, at least, I try to drink) a booster each day. Tha one I share today is one of my favorites!
- 1 cup water
- 1 banana
- a handful of spinach, washed
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 2 clementines
- a handful almond
- Put all ingredients into Nutri bullet or food processor and smooth it.
- Serve/Drink it immediately!
