POLKA DOT CHRISTMAS WREATH

Hello, Everyone!
You probably notice a little change on Place Of My Taste’s appearance today.
Well, I was trying to create my own little design but I am not sure if it will stay?
What do you think?Should I play with it a bit more?
Today I am sharing my very first Christmas project.
I am so excited to start my long list with this cute polka dot Christmas wreath.
Christmas is one of my favorite Holidays and decorating for this special Holiday makes my creative mind spinning.
Are you ready to see how I created this cutie?
It’s made out of
DROP CLOTH and POOL NOODLE
You could never tell–ha?
If you like this polka dot wreath, here is what you need to make your own:
-pool noodle
–drop cloth
-paint
-hot glue gun
-pine cones and twine to decorate
– spouncer sponge
TUTORIAL
1. Cut a long stripe of the drop cloth
2. Attach the pool noodle using duck tape.
{ perfect and very inexpensive base for wreaths}
3. Paint on polka dots using small spouncer.
If you don’t have spouncer handy, you can cut a circle shape out of a sponge and use that to paint on the dots.
4. Let your paint dry and wrap your noodle with your painted drop cloth.
5. I made small drop cloth flowers to decorate my wreath.
Here is how to make these super easy, adorable flowers:
-Cut out a swirl shape.
-Wrap the fabric around, holding the center with your fingers.
-Glue the fabric together so it will hold tide.
I wanted to have different color flowers attached,
so I painted a little piece of drop cloth with the same color paint as I used for painting on the dots.
SO PRETTY!
I hung  three pine cones to the center of my wreath.
What do you think?
Lovely, isn’t it?
Are you ready to make this wreath yourself? Pin it to remember it later!

I hope you like it as much as I do:-)
I had so much fun creating this wreath.
