BOHEMIAN FEATHER WREATH FOR FALL
This easy and simple feather wreath is so gorgeous. You can get it done in one sitting .:-) It’s beautiful, and can be used any time of the year.
Can you tell that I am digging the boho style this season? Oh my, how much I love these lovely feathers. Very much!!!I always had my love for feathers…I even made some
I’ve always had my love for feather… even made some feathered decoupaged pumpkins last year. Thinking about redoing that cute pumpkin for this year again, by the way. Then I painted some feathered Easter eggs earlier this year….there is something about feathers. I also drew a large feather art last year to display in my dining room.
Feather in all quantities! 🙂
Their innocent beauty and their simplicity get me all the time! I was so inspired by seeing all those gorgeous wreaths last week that I had to create one for myself despite that I thought I would be using last year’s .
This wreath came to life in one short sitting in a garage while the boyzzzz were biking on the driveway. This simple project only requires a few items, and I bet some of these items you already have on hand. Like a grapevine wreath or some raffia. I keep redecorating this one grapevine wreath that I have in my craft storage for years now. I just love to get creative with wreaths every season.
Materials you need:
- grapevine wreath
- duck pointer feathers ( you can get them HERE )
- guinea fowl wing feathers ( you can get them HERE)
- raffia
- scissors
Here is a short video for you to see how it’s done!
Don’t you think it’s beautiful? I love the color scheme on this wreath. I adore that it’s not the traditional orange, but it features the neutral brown colors.
Looks fabulous with my blue FRONT DOOR. (Check out how to paint your front door HERE)
