This quick turkey dish is super easy to make, done in less than 20 minutes and I guarantee that your plate will be empty shortly after you taste it. The apple slices will have a very unique taste over the turkey breast.
TURKEY WITH APPLE SLICES
INGREDIENTS:
2 turkey breast tenderloins (4 oz. each)
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 medium tart apple, sliced

DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat for 5-8 minutes (each side) or until juices run clear. Remove from skillet; cover and keep warm.
In same skillet, combine syrup, vinegar, mustard and bouillon. Add the apple. Cook and stir, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes (or) until apple is tender. Spoon apple mixture over turkey. Serve with rice or mash potato.
