Sharing is caring!

I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE Simple Spring Home Decor seasoned with a touch of  BOHO!

Hey There! If you are hopping over from Zevy Joy, welcome! I bet you enjoyed Annie’s home decor. Isn’t she SO talented?

I am thrilled that you are here to peek inside my home to see how I decorate for spring.

Decorating in an inexpensive but creative way is one of my favorite things to do! If you take a look at last year’s Spring Home Tour and this year’s home tour you will notice that not much has changed. Maybe nothing but you will see some simple spring home decor accessories. I love my home in its current state, and I don’t want to change a single thing! None. My home makes me happy, and I enjoy sitting down in my living room with a cuppa coffee. But I truly LOVE my home in its clean state. And that’s not very typical with two young boys around haha!

Yesterday my hubby came home and asked:

Honey:: Did you clean or had a cleaner come?

Me:: I cleaned…Babe, I have a home tour on the blog tomorrow…I had to!!:-))

Man…that’s #bloggerslife!

BUt anywho!

I am going to give you a little peek of my current spring home. (in its clean state!:-))

I love the pops of red that I have around the house now. I, somehow, fell in love with the color RED last holiday season. And now I am buying red bikinis, red loose pocket dresses and basically read everything. Red has never been my color,, and I am not sure what happened, but currently, it’s one of my favorite colors now. Blue is still my fav, though!

This IKEA SHOE cabinet has been around for SOOO many years and we absolutely love it. Such a great piece and very functional! I changed the handles out to a leather handle to freshen up the look.

This Persian runner also has been here for years and I haven’t found anything better yet.

Oh and I just grabbed those cute spring-y mules the other day. So comfy too!:)

My Living Room got a little mini update. A very little one.:-) I made that macrame vase cover (I promised to share the tutorial but haven’t got that far just yet!) and I adore it. I stuck a few fresh tree branches in there for easy and simple spring decor.

Oh…and that MID MODERN chair. You guys! I picked up that gem many years ago from Craigslist for $50, and I recovered it. It was so easy to reupholster the chair and it made a huge difference. You should check out the BEFORE of that chair HERE.

LOVELY BOHO HOME DECOR

Our dining room….

Beautiful Boho Dining Room decor

This past weekend I had a wedding show where I was set up with a booth ( a DIY booth- of course!) and had some eucalyptus and some fresh flowers left from the show that I didn’t want to throw them away, so I used them around the house.  That’s how that eucalyptus garland got on my large mirror. I kind of love it there! Do you?

And these cute vases. OMG!

I almost flipped when I found these excellent vintage looking vases at the dollar store! Like…wow! So cool!

I arranged them on a simple marble plate and added some fresh floral to create a lovely centerpiece.
